Dear Lucile

We were in Omaha yesterday, and we had no trouble getting the Xerox copies you want. The Librarian, Mr. Gibson, and his assistants were eager to serve and, of course took no pay for the copies. Mrs. Young has written you and sent the copies.

If you want anything else in the Omaha Library, you'll have no trouble getting it.

Oh, Lucile, I am so eager to see your your book in print!! And it is so greatly needed. I receive more and more requests for biographical matal material

Mr. Black of the Uni. of Denver is due here in a half hour. I'll write you about our visit.

Mrs. Y. is sending you two clippings of recent interviews.

Love —

John

Your book and my "Old Man etc" will supplement each other.
