I greatly appreciate your wanting me to come to speak to your student body. Either of the dates you mentioned, November 17th or 18th, would be satisfactory to me, and a morning hour will be fine.

I am pleased to know that you use my Cycle of the West in your general literature classes. I feel that the young people of our day have much in common with the old heroes of the West.
