I hereby appoint Mr. William Stanley Braithwaite my exclusive agent for disposing of the moving picture versions of my two books, "The Song of Hugh Glass" and "The Song of Three Friends", this arrangement to remain in effect for the period of one (1) year from date; and I agree to pay Mr. Braithwaite a commission of fifteen per cent (15%) of the proceeds.
